Senem Gürsoy
Senem Gürsoy is specialized in providing legal advice to companies with foreign capital, specializing in merger transactions, performing capital increase and decrease transactions, organizing general assembly meetings, drafting numerous board of directors’ resolutions, representation of clients before the commercial courts, advising clients in employment and real estate matters, as well as commercial contracts.
